Lilli Sundvik

I have been an entrepreneur for over 20 years. At the psychology firm Cresco, I served as entrepreneur-CEO for 20 years. After selling Cresco, I led Cresco's business as head of operations at Opteam and subsequently at Barona. Alongside the psychology firm Cresco, I was one of the founders of Cresco Metrics Oy, and I currently work in a networked manner at Työpsykologipalvelu Lilli Sundvik Oy and within the Deve Partners network. In addition to being an entrepreneur, I have also worked as a researcher. I wrote my doctoral dissertation on the factors influencing the objectivity of performance evaluations.

My expertise covers business management, personnel assessments, the psychology of change situations and, in particular, M&A.

My passion is the success of my clients' transformations, both in the short and long term. It is important to find ways to make employees' capabilities and motivations support company growth, and to enable each person to grow themselves. I believe that a deep understanding of employees' development potential and motivation, together with an understanding of organisational dynamics, helps transformations succeed.

Rony Huhtala

I am interested in work psychology and organisational development, and my thinking has been shaped by a long background in professional sport. Sport has taught me goal orientation, resilience under pressure, continuous development and the importance of collaboration. These are the same factors that have a decisive impact in working life and on the success of organisations.

I am particularly interested in identifying people's potential and in how individuals, teams and organisations can thrive through change. I find especially inspiring assignments in which psychological assessment can be applied and personnel-related data analysed.
